The New Zealand Post Board
The New Zealand Post Board is responsible for the Corporate Governance of New Zealand Post – that means setting the direction of the company, being accountable for its performance to shareholders (the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises and the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government) and other stakeholders, and complying with laws and standards.
The Board of the New Zealand Post Group is currently made up of 9 non-executive directors, and is led by the Chairman, Rt Hon Jim Bolger.

The Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the New Zealand Post Group, and is led by Chief Executive, John Allen.
