A cost-effective way to post large amounts of mail to destinations throughout New Zealand.
VolumePost 1: For mail outs of 1,000 or more same sized items.
VolumePost 3: For mail outs of 300 or more same sized items. Slightly different lodgement criteria from VolumePost 1. |
Makes it easy to generate highly creative mail items with real impact in the letterbox. GoFlexible is manually sorted, so you have the option of developing mail items with unusual shapes, textures and designs. The minimum lodgement is only 500 same sized items, which makes small runs of highly personalised items cost effective. |
PrintPost is the cost-effective way to send magazines, periodicals and catalogues anywhere in New Zealand. The minimum lodgement is 1,000 items. |
A digital postage meter (DPM) is an excellent way to save time and control costs.
A number of changes are being introduced which will affect bulk mail customers. From 1 July 2008, all customers wishing to access our bulk mail products must be on account. There are additional benefits associated with being on account, one of which is our ability to keep in contact with you more easily (and you with us!) so we can let you know when we have new products and services, or are making changes to existing ones.
A Statement of Accuracy (SOA) of 85% will also be required to access bulk mail rates. Your SOA rating needs to be indicated on your lodgement form (whether it's paper or electronic). If an SOA of less than 85% is achieved, the difference below the 85% threshold will be charged at the full standard mail rate. For example, a mailing with an SOA of 80% will be charged full standard mail rate for 5% of mail pieces.
