Christmas Prezzy Card Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents over 16 years of age. Employees and contractors of New Zealand Post Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition runs from 1 November to 24 December 2008 inclusive.
3. To enter, go into a PostShop and send a parcel via one of our international or domestic services. An International Parcel is any parcel over 500g that requires either a customs' declaration or a consignment note.  A domestic parcel is any parcel sent via ParcelPost™ (untracked), ParcelPost™ Fast, ParcelPost™ Tracked or ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority.
4. Then register on the New Zealand Post website www.nzpost.co.nz/christmas, and enter your contact and receipt details. Alternatively write your name, address and daytime phone number on the back of a stamped addressed envelope and send with a copy of your receipt to Christmas Prezzy Card Competition, Private Bag 39800, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045. Make sure you keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.
5. Entries must be made via the New Zealand Post website www.nzpost.co.nz/christmas or posted to Christmas Prezzy Card Competition, Private Bag 39800, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045. Entries must be received by midnight, 24 December 2008. New Zealand Post will take no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.
6. You can make one entry per purchase, ie if you send ten parcels you will be eligible for ten separate entries, either online or by mail.
7. The first prize is a Prezzy Card to the value of $10,000. There are also five prizes of a Prezzy Card, each valued at $500.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The prize will be drawn on Monday, 12 January 2009.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. New Zealand Post will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if the winner is unable to be contacted within ten days, the prize will be redrawn. The prize is subject to the winner producing a valid PostShop receipt with the parcel details on it.
10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that his or her name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes.
12. Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. The contact details collected on your entry may be used by New Zealand Post and its related companies for the purpose of this competition and to provide you with information or offers relating to our products and services. You may look at and correct any personal information that we hold about you.
