  • Rate finder: Find the best rate for sending a letter or parcel around New Zealand or around the world.
  • Prohibited and restricted items: There are some limits to the things you can send through the mail or by courier. This guide includes links to New Zealand Customs and country specific restrictions for your additional responsibilities when sending overseas.

This guide includes our conditions of carriage; what compensation is payable for loss or damage to an item; which items are not covered by standard compensation or cannot be sent; what options are available for additional cover; and how to make a claim.
  • Packaging guidelines: Whether sending domestically or internationally, this handy guide will help you safely pack and send your parcels.
  • Packaging materials: These specially designed products are highly protective and lightweight to help keep the cost of postage down. However, you should take care to use sufficient cushioning material and seal your parcel properly to help ensure safe delivery.
