GoFlexible is a mailing solution you can use to send more creative mailings that deliver a higher level of impact in the letterbox.

GoFlexible is manually sorted so it gives you a lot more flexibility. You can:

  • Create awareness in a more dynamic way
  • Enjoy fewer design restrictions
  • Maximise cut-through with unusual shapes, textures or colours
  • Send flow wrapped and thicker items

Plus, you only have to send 500 items to take advantage of GoFlexible rates, so it makes highly personalised, digitally printed communications far more viable.

GoFlexible shapes and sizes

GoFlexible caters for a whole range of shapes and sizes. There's even a new dimensional option you can use to mail discs or other three - dimensional items up to 30mm thick.

Our requirements

There are some things we need you to do to make sure we can deliver your mail effectively and quickly.

  • Each item needs:
    • An approved PermitPost impression. This impression can be placed anywhere on the front of the mail piece on the same side as the delivery address, as long as it's clearly visible;
    • A New Zealand delivery address; and
    • A New Zealand return address, this can be anywhere on the mail piece but must be clearly distinguishable from the delivery address.

  • You need to prepare your mail according to the specifications detailed below and any other guidelines or specifications that apply.

  • Your mail must meet current or newly released New Zealand Post standards for postcodes, envelope layout and addressing.

  • A Statement of Accuracy of 85% is required to be eligible for GoFlexible rates on the total lodgement

How to prepare your GoFlexible mail for lodgement

  1. Sort your mail into ascending postcode order.
  2. Place the items address side up and arrange them in letter trays or bundles.  
  3. Make sure your mail includes a Statement of Posting form (an AR19N or Lodgement Manager Manifest). You will need to include the appropriate GoFlexible code.
  4. Lodge your mailing – or have your agent or courier do so on your behalf – at any New Zealand Post Mail Centre or PostShop.
