International Air with Track and Trace is a cost effective and reliable service for customers that need the security of tracking and signature recorded delivery. International Air with Track & Trace is a prompt service that is offered to 19 key destinations.

Product Features

  • Delivery to 19 key destinations including Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea in approximately 3 – 10 working days.

  • Tracking recorded from pick-up in New Zealand to delivery overseas. Tracking available using our Track & Trace tool. (Note that tracking is less comprehensive than for a true courier service).

  • Compensation for loss or damage up to NZ$250 with the option to purchase additional cover up to a maximum of NZ$1,500.

  • Convenient lodgement – Letters and parcels can be lodged at any New Zealand Post retail outlet offering international services or if you are a credit account customer, placed with daily mail to be picked up.

  • Items weighing less than 2kg will be charged at the 2kg minimum weight plus the additional fee.

Please note that this service has a minimum weight charge of the International Air price of 2kg plus $10, therefore it may be more economical to send items that weigh less than 2kg by International Economy Courier.
