Peace of mind: Our Track and Trace online tool gives you peace of mind by keeping track of your item from pick-up or lodgment in NZ to arrival at its destination, with a signature being collected on delivery.

Merchandise is charged using the actual weight of your item in 10g increments. The minimum charge is 500g and the maximum 30kg.
Canada pricing for all merchandise is included in Zone C pricing.

Complete the orange consignment note (IEC001), with city and country written in English
If the items being sent are part of a commercial transaction, a copy of the commercial invoice or an Export Invoice (NCPI025) (.pdf - 40kb) is also required. The Export Invoice can be downloaded as a PDF (.pdf - 40kb) or a Word (.doc - 33kb) document.
For parcels valued over NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs requires an Export Entry to be completed, which New Zealand Post can complete on your behalf for an additional fee.
