International Express Courier

When you need fast and secure courier delivery worldwide.

Key Benefits

International Express Courier gives you:

  • Speed.
A premium courier service for urgent documents and valuable parcels that require targeted delivery to main cities in major worldwide destinations in 1 – 5 working days.

Note: Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends or public holidays.  Delivery to areas outside major cities or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs may take longer.  For detailed delivery targets, please refer to our Guide to World Zones.

  • Customs clearance, door to door delivery.
We manage the interaction with Customs in New Zealand and overseas on your behalf to minimise any delays due to Customs clearance.

  • Global coverage.
International Express Courier covers the world with delivery to over 220 countries.

  • Security.
Our Track & Trace system gives you peace of mind by keeping track of your item from pick-up in New Zealand to arrival at its destination. The signature of the Receiver (not necessarily to the named Receiver personally) is collected on delivery.

  • Peace of mind.
International Express Courier includes standard compensation for loss or damage up to NZ$2,000. Items valued over NZ$2,000 but less than NZ$50,000 are classified as high risk but can be sent if additional compensation cover is purchased.
