Supply
International Postage Included Envelopes can be purchased from PostShops or other New Zealand Post approved retail outlets, or ordered through the Customer Service Centre by calling 0800 501 701 or online.
Target delivery for International Air
International Air provides delivery in approximately 3 – 10 working days around the world. Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to areas outside major cities or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs may take longer.
Other important points about International Postage Included Envelopes

Maximum envelope thickness is 10mm and the maximum envelope weight is 200g. Letters outside these dimensions will be charged as parcels.

Parcels must be under 500g (for A5 size) and 1kg (for A4 size). A green Customs declaration (OS008a) must be attached to the front of the envelope (when the value of contents is under NZ$250). For contents valued over NZ$250, a red Customs declaration (OS007) must be used, and additional compensation cover purchased.

Postage on International Postage Included Envelopes can be used only once.
