ParcelPost™ Fast is an economical way for Businesses to quickly send smaller parcels up to 1.5kg, with a maximum size of C4 (260mm x 325mm) and maximum thickness of 70mm. ParcelPost™ Fast has a next working day delivery target to major towns and cities, delivered by a Postie to letterboxes and offices.
If you don't need to send urgently, then save even more by sending by ParcelPost™.

- Holds and redirections services: Ideal if you move your business address and need to use our Redirection Service or need to temporarily hold your mail.

- Purchase one of the following from your local PostShop or selected New Zealand Post retail outlets (excluding stamp resellers) or buy online prepaid tickets in books of 20 and postage included envelopes in packs of 10. Business account customers can also call our Product Ordering Centre on 0800 501 701 or Fax 0800 501 702.
- Note that the product range may vary from store to store.
- Business account customers can also pay by:
- PermitPost
- Automatic Stamping Machines (ASM), and Digital Postal Meters (DPM)
- To send your ParcelPost™ Fast item, take it to your local PostShop or selected New Zealand Post retail outlets (excluding stamp resellers), or post in a New Zealand Post posting box. When placing FastPost items into a New Zealand Post posting box, the parcel must be posted in the FastPost slot or you may not receive the FastPost service.
- Business account customers can also lodge at any New Zealand Post Business Mail Centre or Mail Service Centre.
- If you have a CourierPost Pick Up and Delivery (PUD) contract, you can also use this service for ParcelPost™ parcel(s) if the item is placed inside the PUD bag.
ParcelPost™: Our lowest cost delivery option for sending untracked small parcels up to 1.5kg around the country.
ParcelPost Tracked™: A low cost delivery option with tracking for sending parcels up to 25kg anywhere in New Zealand.
ParcelPost PO Box Box Priority™: A fast, secure and great value delivery option for sending parcels up to 5kg to any New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag.
Delivery targets are guides only and we cannot guarantee your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. ParcelPost™ and ParcelPost™ Tracked are targeted for delivery between 1-3 working days. ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority and ParcelPost™ Fast services are targeted for delivery next working day between major towns and cities. Delivery to and from rural and remote areas may take longer.
