ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority offers the speed and security of next working day delivery to New Zealand Post PO Boxes or Private Bags in major towns and cities. It is great value too - a FastPost parcel service at a Standard Post parcel price with a choice of three handy sizes of plastic postage included envelopes (C5, Foolscap and Lineflow).
Note: This service is only available using the ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority Postage Included Envelopes ie. own packaging can not be used.
- Secure pick up location and convenient access times: Delivery to any New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag. Most courier companies do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Collect your mail from one of over 680 PO Box locations nationwide. Most of our lobbies have 24 hour access.
- Confidential: Ideal when the receiver wants to maintain the confidentiality of their street address, such as online traders or home based businesses.
- Priority fast handling: Delivery target of next working day between major towns and cities.
- Great value: A FastPost parcel service at a Standard Post parcel price, plus, a sizeable weight limit of 5kg, with parcel thickness limited only by what you can fit into the postage included envelope.
- Easy to use: Handy plastic postage included envelopes in three sizes (C5, Foolscap and Lineflow). Just fill and send.
- Saturday delivery: Available to selected New Zealand Post PO Boxes at no extra charge.
- No extra charges: Pay no extra for rural delivery.
- Holds and redirections services are available with ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority: Ideal if you move address or are away on holiday and need to use our Redirection Service or hold your mail.

- To send your ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority item, take it to your local PostShop or selected New Zealand Post retail outlets (excluding stamp resellers), or post in a New Zealand Post posting box (parcel must be posted in the FastPost slot or you may not receive the FastPost service).
ParcelPost™: Our lowest cost delivery option for sending untracked small parcels up to 1.5kg around the country.
ParcelPost™ Fast: An untracked delivery service with a next working day delivery target for small parcels up to 1.5kg.
ParcelPost™ Tracked: A low cost delivery option with tracking for sending parcels up to 25kg anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery targets are guides only and we cannot guarantee your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. ParcelPost™ and ParcelPost™ Tracked are targeted for delivery between 1-3 working days. ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority and ParcelPost™ Fast services are targeted for delivery next working day between major towns and cities. Delivery to and from rural and remote areas may take longer.
