Want a low-cost delivery service with tracking?
ParcelPost™ Tracked is a great low-cost way to send parcels up to 25kg (actual or volumetric weight whichever is greater) when they aren’t urgent but you want to know they've arrived. With a 1-3 working day delivery target, online tracking and confirmation of delivery, your parcels are delivered by courier right to the door, and there is no extra charge for sending to a rural address.

- To send your ParcelPost™ Tracked item, take it to your local PostShop or selected New Zealand Post retail outlets (excluding stamp resellers). Do not place your ParcelPost™ Tracked item in a New Zealand Post posting box because the barcode needs to be scanned at the counter to enable tracking
Business account customers can also lodge at any New Zealand Post Business Mail Centre or Mail Service Centre.
- If you have a CourierPost Pick Up and Delivery (PUD) contract, you can also use this service for ParcelPost™ Tracked parcel(s) if the item is placed inside the PUD bag.
- Track your parcel online Enter the unique parcel tracking number into our online track and trace tool to confirm delivery of your parcel.

ParcelPost™ PO Box Priority and ParcelPost™ Fast services are targeted for delivery next working day between major towns and cities. Delivery to and from rural and remote areas may take longer.
