How to prepare your VolumePost 1 mail for lodgement
- Sort your items into ascending postcode order.

- Make sure your mail includes a Statement of Posting form (an AR19N or Lodgement Manager Manifest). You will need to include the appropriate VolumePost 1 code.
- Lodge your mailing - or have your agent or courier do so on your behalf - at any New Zealand Post mail centre or PostShop.
