We've listened to your feedback!
Earlier this year, we ran an online survey. Lots of customers suggested ways that we could improve nzpost.co.nz, so we've listened and made lots of improvements:
- A new homepage
From your feedback, we've changed our homepage - making it easier to get to all of our popular tools. It's also better laid out and makes finding the information you need heaps quicker!
- Products and Services section
Because of the feedback, a new Products and Services section of the site was created, here you will find all of the information we have about our range of postal and other products and services.
- Address and Postcode Finder
We've changed this popular tool to make it easier to find the postcode you are looking for and we've now added in the ability to search again from the results page. Great for looking up more than one address!
- Track and Trace
This has now been updated with smarter logic and more helpful tips, to make sure you are getting the correct answers to your tracking enquiries.
- Registration Process
We've revamped our registration process to suit the specific reason you're registering. Plus we've removed some of the unnecessary questions and have also added in more help text and made the instructions clearer.
- Missing Items Inquiry
We have now made the form suitable for all your inquiries regarding missing, damaged or delayed postage items.
- Site Search
Our site search has been improved to give you better results to help you find what you need. Try it out now!
