We are pleased to announce the winners of the Design a Stamp Competition 2008 who will have their artwork showcased on the New Zealand Post Christmas Stamps. This year the judges were blown away by the standard of work. And with over 20,000 entries, it wasn't easy choosing our winners.
Congratulations to all the winners, their teachers and their schools. The three winners will have their artwork made into a stamp for the New Zealand Post 2008 Christmas stamp issue. They will also receive $1,000 in a Kiwibank account for themselves, $3000 for their school and have the opportunity to make a guest appearance on WHAT NOW?
Our special draw winner was Connor McLeod from Mercury Bay Area School. Randomly chosen from all the entries Connor will get the opportunity to make a guest appearance on WHAT NOW?
New Zealand's Most Creative School award went to Ngamatapouri School in Wanganui which had a 260% entry rate based on their school roll. They will receive $1000.
